Memberships
One of the best ways we've found of serving our clients and media
partners' needs is by joining the Electronic Retailing Association
and the Direct Marketing Association. HPM's membership in these
two organizations gives us an edge over nonmembers by allowing us
to bring you well-researched, validated and cutting edge methods
and systems for generating responses to our client offers. I guess
that's a fancy way of saying membership pays off by giving us more
stuff we can use to help both our clients and media partners succeed.
This doesn't mean non-members are bad people and that HPM is good,
it just means we're willing to invest in our relationships with
you, putting money second to everyone's success.
The
Electronic Retailing Association mission is "...to foster growth,
development and acceptance of the rapidly growing direct response
industry worldwide for the companies who use the power of electronic
media to sell goods and services to the public." How powerfully
focused is that? Do you think your company could benefit from HPM's

that we really do a better job of serving and protecting our clients

Our
membership in the Direct Marketing Association brings a wealth of
knowledge, research and expertise at our fingertips that otherwise
is just not available...HPM betters itself through education, enlightenment
and enjoyment...the DMA is the single-largest trade association
for direct-marketing businesses, with about 4,700 members in the
US and some 53 countries! One of the many benefits you receive from
our membership to the DMA is our privacy policy; the DMA promotes
clarity of policy and we've adopted the DMA's Privacy Promise Principles...it
governs how we behave, what information we collect, disseminate
and how we treat every one of our relationships. As people become
more and more concerned about online security and privacy, we use
our DMA membership to strengthen our position in principles...again
putting relationships before money.
Membership to the BBB is something we've wanted, but you have to be invited.
In April '07 we were invited; our RSVP was a quick acceptance! We participate in all aspects
of the BBB's customer care system, including: BBB CARE. BBB CARE is a customer assistance program designed to
help businesses and their customers resolve problems through mediation techniques and,
if necessary, arbitration. Grown out of decades of BBB dispute resolution experience,
and drawing on the experience of over 5,000 BBB arbitrators, mediators and staff,
BBB CARE provides businesses and their customers with the chance to quickly address
disputes at low cost and without the need to engage attorneys or the legal system. You can also
