How HPM Does Per Inquiry?

Q: Do I have to buy a minimum number of inquiries?
A: Yes. Our minimum order is for two hundred (200) leads.

Q: Do I have to pay for inquires that I receive after I have received the number I have ordered?
A: Yes...it's called the 'Drag' period....the time between when your campaign stops and we stop counting leads. Our standard 'Drag' time is 30 days. We'll cover this with you in more detail.

Q: Can I use an existing commercial?
A: We will evaluate your current commercial(s) for suitability in Per Inquiry advertising, providing you with a written analysis and recommendation. For radio, most of our clients bring us their ready-to-produce copy, which we produce for just $599 per commercial. For TV, it's pretty much an even split between clients who want our very affordable production, or bring us their own, ready-to-air :30 & :60 commercials. Newspaper ads can be expertly produced for just $199.

Q: Can you produce a commercial for my campaign?
A: Yes! We can write, produce, edit and distribute powerful, compelling radio commercials that call the consumer to action for as little as $599 per spot. Every TV spot is different, but we write, produce, edit and distribute both :30 and :60 commercials for about 30% less than current market rates. Attractive classified and display newspaper ads can be quickly produced for just $199!

Q: What happens if I don't get the number of inquiries ordered?
A: Each of our campaigns includes a specific number of inquiries the media is contractually obligated to fulfill. If the media fails to deliver the inquiries we've promised during the campaign, we refund you the difference between the inquiries you received and the inquiries promised, minus our 20% commission. Refunds are processed in 10 business days.

Q: Is the call center cost included in the price paid per inquiry?
A: Not at this time, but pricing is reasonable, and quoted on a per campaign basis.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Every agreement is fully cancelable with just two (2) week's notice in writing. Cancelations before one year invalidate our money back guarantee.

Q: What information do you need from my company to target the media?
A: The key marketing elements of the item in question, including: Product, Price, Placement and Promotion, as well as Whom it serves, What its purpose is, and Where and When it's available. We also need a bit of historical sales data, your current and past advertising, the markets you've targeted (demographically and geographically) and your goals. There are other components to each of these areas, but that's best left for a more in-depth discussion.

Q: How are the results of my PI advertising tracked?
A:Your PI advertising results are closely monitored by weekly call reports that are generated by our or your call centers. We can typically see the day and time calls were received, as well as the zip code from which they called.

Q: Is production included in the cost paid for each inquiry?
A: Production is not included the price paid for each inquiry. For HPM to write, produce, edit, and distribute a professionally produced, broadcast quality radio commercial is just $599 per spot. TV commercials are quoted on a case by case basis, but our prices are about 30% lower than the market average, and newspaper ads can be produced for as little as $199.
