Q: Do I have to have my own call center?
A: No, we have our own fully staffed contract call centers capable of handling literally thousands of calls per hour!

Q: What kind of services does your call center provide?
A: 1. Technology is an amazing tool allowing us to accomplish great things on your behalf.  2. Emailed reports, direct-access links for real-time reporting, live lead pass-offs, paging and many, many more options are available.

Q: How much expense does a call center add to my campaign?
A: It is really an investment in assured results. You can expect a call center's start-up fees to range from $900 to $1,800, depending on the complexity of your campaign. We see per-minute/per-call charges range from as low as $0.77 to $0.99 per operator talk time, again, depending on the complexity of the call-screening. IMPORTANT: The call centers HPM contracts with calculate every call to the exact second; not the rounding up every 6 seconds most call centers do. Why is this so important? Because it means that HPM saves you money on call center services! If your calls last an average of 3 minutes and 1 second, most call centers will charge you for 3 minutes and 6 seconds; you're overpaying by 5 seconds...ON EVERY CALL. With HPM's contract call centers, you are billed only for the actual time the operator is talking.

Q: I'm not an expert at anything but my business, who will help me?
A: HPM will help you. We take the fear away; by using the answers you give us to questions about your business to create simple and effective call-center solutions!

Q: How frequently will the call center tell me about my leads?
A: We can set reporting up nearly any way you want it…Real-time, hourly, twice-daily, daily, overnight, etc… We typically have our call center batch process leads overnight and deliver them to you for your first of the day review, but we have some clients who like to see things in real-time, so the moment a call is completed, the center emails them with the information.

Q: What format does the call center's information come to me in?
A: Real-time leads are delivered as html information right in the body of an email. Most everything else is delivered as an excel spreadsheet. If you need your information delivered in a different format, we can arrange for that.
